Alice Robinson

Alice Robinson retired from Ford after working for the company for 35 years as a union representative.  Her responsibilities included making sure that the contract between the union and the company were being followed and in responsible for the rules and regulations of the company.  When necessary she was also included in the discipline and grievance process.  Throughout her career she travelled to several countries and many states throughout the nation including Japan, Australia and California and Texas respectively. 

Alice is the mother of three children, two girls and one boy, grandmother of two and great-grandmother of three.  She is very passionate about wrestling and concerts particularly jazz and Aretha Franklin and Joe Scott and Mary J Blige to name a few.  Alice held the position of Chair person for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Civil Rights and Women Council.  She also belongs to Ford Memorial Temple in Germantown where she is a Deacon and spreads the word whenever she can about Women of Faith and Hope.
